Why Nature?

Being a yoga teacher in Mumbai gave me an enriching experience of teaching wonderful people but I was keeping myself very busy. After an injury, I was on bed rest for months. It forced me to reflect on life in a meaningful way. It developed my true connection with nature.

Nature heals, nurtures, and rejuvenates. These are seemingly normal but profound realizations. We can only learn this from nature. A guru or teacher can only share his experience. Nature is there to show you and to make you realize through your own experience.
